Your incoming kindergarten student has a couple of opportunities to see the school before the first day -
#1 - You may sign your child up for one (or more) of the Kindy Camp days run by our SACC program during the summer - click here for more information & the registration form.
#2 - Our annual Sneak-A-Peek held right before school starts.
Parents & guardians are invited to this informational session to learn more about our kindergarten program. You will have a chance to meet the teachers, hear from our principal, Mrs. Sheldon, and visit the classrooms. This evening is for parents & guardians only.
Kindergarten Registration Dates
Monday, January 30, 2017 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Tuesday, January 31, 2017 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
What do you need to bring with you to register your student?
Before coming to Sandburg to register on January 30th or 31st, please complete the online registration. The online registration system will be available for the 2017/2018 school year starting in January 2016. If you are a new family to LPS you may click here to begin the registration process online. If you are an existing family in LPS a link will be in your Parent Portal message inbox starting in January 2017.
Open Enrollment information for incoming kindergarteners
Open enrollment applications may be submitted October 1st through January 29th. You may bring the form to Sandburg, fax it to Emily Robbins at 303-347-4680 or e-mail it to Emily at erobbins[at]lps.k12.co[dot]us. Open enrollment applications are subject to approval based upon program/grade level/school capacity.
