Annual Family Check-In

Every family must complete the district 2017/2018 Annual Family Check-In through Infinite Campus. To complete this step, a parent from the Primary Household must log into the Campus Portal, and then click the Annual Family Check-In link underneath the menu on the left hand side. By clicking on this link, parents will be taken directly into the Annual Family Check-In

Parents will verify, update or complete information about every member of their household including students at other LPS schools (if applicable). This means parents can complete registration for all their children at one time. Parents will also complete a series of permissions (media release, field trip permission, military release, etc.) and provide information traditionally listed on a student's emergency card (physician, emergency contacts, health issues, etc.).

** NEW THIS YEAR **  You will be asked a new question this year regarding allowing the school to share your e-mail with the Sandburg PTO. We implore you to answer "yes" to this question. Answering "yes" to this question will allow the PTO to send you informative e-mails as well as invite you to be part of the online school directory. Answering "no" to this question will exclude you from all PTO e-mails as well as the online school directory. You may not use your child's student login to Infinite Campus Portal for this process.
