LPS high schools welcome the Class of 2021!
All three Littleton Public Schools high schools are hosting showcase events to help this year’s 8th graders, interested high school students, and their families learn more about the high school experience in Littleton Public Schools. Events are planned as follows:
● Heritage High School Showcase Night
Tuesday, November 1, 2016, 6 p.m., HHS Theater
● Littleton High School Lion Pride Preview & International Baccalaureate Program Info. Night
Thursday, November 3, 2016; 6:30 p.m., LHS Theater
● Arapahoe High School Freshman Showcase Night
Monday, Nov. 14, 2016; 6 p.m., Sitting Eagle Gym
Attendees will have the chance to learn more about:
● Comprehensive core academics and elective offerings
● College preparatory curriculum
● Advanced placement courses
● Concurrent enrollment
● STEM offerings
● International Baccalaureate Programme
● Performing Arts
● Athletics
● Activities
LPS high schools have been featured in Newsweek Magazine’s “Top High Schools in America” and 5280 Magazine’s “Top High Schools in Denver.” More than 90 percent of all LPS graduates say they are college-bound. The Class of 2016 earned approximately $52 million in college scholarships. A large number of students earn National Merit, Boettcher, Presidential, and military academy scholarships each year. All three high schools are highly competitive in athletics, STEM, and the performing arts.
All three high schools are currently accepting applications for out-of-district students.
