Enrollment, Options, & Fees

2017-18 New Students

Step 1) Complete the attached forms and return to The Village at North and provide the school with the following:

  • Copy of child’s Official Birth Certificate
  • Copy of child’s up-to-date Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residency: House closing papers, rental/lease agreement or Xcel utility bill with parent/guardian name and address shown.
  • Household Income Documentation: Required for funded preschool: Head Start or Colorado Preschool Program.
  • General Health AppraisalDue prior to starting school and must be completed by a qualified medical professional.  General Health Appraisals expire one year after the date of the exam.
  • Dental Exam: Due prior to starting school and must be completed by a qualified dental professional. Dental Exams expire one year after the date of the exam.

Step 2)  Jumpstart: Developmental Screening and Family Interview. By Appointment Only.

  • Fill out ASQ:SE-2 and bring to appointment.
  • ​Fill out ASQ-3 and bring to appointment.

Step 3)  Complete the online registration and/or Annual Family Check-in piece that applies to your family:

               A. For families new to Littleton Public Schools, complete the LPS online registration.  Refer to the LPS website “How to Enroll”. Follow the instructions to complete the online pre-registration.   Print the summary page and return a copy to The Village. 

              B. For families with new student(s) for preschool, that have students currently attending LPS, complete the online registration using the link in the parent portal to add the preschool student. Print the summary page and return a copy to The Village. If you do not have a parent portal account, contact the school registrar.

2017-18 Returning Students

Step 1)   Complete the attached forms and return to The Village at North and provide the school with the following:

  • General Health Appraisal:  Due prior to starting school and must be completed by a qualified medical professional.  General Health Appraisals expire one year after the date of the exam.
  • Dental Exam:  Due prior to starting school and must be completed by a qualified dental professional. Dental Exams expire one year after the date of the exam.

If any changes in Address, Immunizations or Family Information:

  • Family Information Sheet: If any changes
  • Proof of Residency: House closing papers, rental/lease agreement or Xcel utility bill with parent/guardian name and address shown.
  • Copy of child’s up-to-date Immunization Records

Step 2)   Complete the online registration and/or Annual Family Check-in. 

  • For families currently attending preschool and returning for school year 2017-18, via the parent portal, complete the Annual Family Check-in during summer 2017. If you do not have a parent portal account, contact the school registrar.

Class Options for 2017-2018

Full day options:

Tuition:  Full-day Sessions + Extension Care Before & After School Day, Program continuation contingent upon adequate enrollment. Full-day tuition, curriculum-based preschool offered Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
       5 day/week, Monday – Friday, $975 per month
       3 day/week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, $650 per month
       2 day/week, Tuesday/Thursday, $445 per month

Funded Preschool: Full Day SessionEligibility is based on child’s date of birth, income and other qualifiers.

  • Monday- Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Tuition Based Extension Care Before & After School- Based on Availability

  • 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m., $8 per day
  • 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., $13 per day
  • Based on availability

Half day options:  Half-day, curriculum-based preschool. 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday.
AM Preschool Session, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or PM Preschool Session, 12:45 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Tuition Preschool:  Half-day Session, $300 per month
Funded Preschool: Colorado Preschool Program - Eligibility is based on child’s date of birth, income and other qualifiers
Funded Preschool: Special Education - Eligibility determined through the Child Find process or IEP review
