Enrollment, Options, & Fees

Tuition Preschool:  Rainbow Room Full-day Session 
  Full day, curriculum-based preschool offered Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

  • 5 day/week option, $975 per month 
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday option, $650 per month 
  • Tuesday/Thursday option, $445 per month 
  • Open year-round with the exception of Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Spring Break and other major holidays observed by LPS.
  • Breakfast and/or lunch may be brought from home or purchased from the LPS Food Services Department.

Tuition Preschool:  Half-day Session

  • Half-day, curriculum-based preschool, $300 per month
  • 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday
  • AM Preschool Session, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm 
  • PM Preschool Session, 12:45 pm - 3:45 pm

Funded Preschool:  Colorado Preschool Program (CPP)

  • Half-day, curriculum-based preschool
  • 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday 
  • AM Preschool Session, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • PM Preschool Session, 12:45 pm - 3:45 pm 
  • For school year 2016-2017, children with birthdates between 10/2/11 and 10/1/13 are eligible, with priority given to children who turn 4 by 10/1/16.
  • Income guidelines apply along with other risk factors 

Funded Preschool:  Head Start

  • Program options vary with eligibility
  • For school year 2016-2017, children with birthdates between 10/2/11 and 10/1/13 are eligible.
  • Eligibility determined by federal income guidelines

Funded Preschool:  Special Education Preschool

  • Eligibility determined through the Child Find process or IEP review

Enrollment

Step 1) 
Complete the enrollment forms (found below) and return to The Village at North

Step 2)
Provide the school with the following:

  • Copy of child’s official birth certificate
  • Copy of child’s up-to-date immunization records
  • Proof of Residency: House closing papers, rental/lease agreement or Xcel utility bill with parent/guardian name and address shown.
  • Proof of Income Worksheet and income documentation: required only for funded preschool: Head Start or Colorado Preschool Program.
  • General Health Appraisal: Due prior to starting school and must be completed by a qualified medical professional.  General Health Appraisals expire one year after the date of the exam.

Step 3)
Complete the LPS online registration and/or Annual Family Check-in piece that applies to your family. Go to the LPS website for online registration (bottom of right column) information. Refer to the Littleton Public Schools website for more information.

When all forms have been received, files will be reviewed and eligibility for funded programs determined. For returning students some documents may be held over and reused. Acceptance to The Village is based on availability. You will receive notification of your child’s acceptance.
