Virtual Tour of The Village at Highland

Step 1: Complete a 2020/21 Registration Request Form

 Families will complete and email a 2020/21 Registration Request Form, indicating which class option is desired.

Step 2: Enrollment Confirmation 

After the Registration Request form is received, families will receive the additional Enrollment Forms by email that will be required to complete the enrollment process. A confirmation and school calendare will be emailed after final enrollment forms are received.

Class Options & Fees

Days, Times & Monthly Tuition Rates for 2020/2021 School Year (Children need to be 3 years old by October 1, 2020):

Morning Option: (9:00 am - 12:00 pm)

4 days a week, Mon-Thu - $375 per month

Afternoon Options: (12:45 pm – 3:45 pm)

4 days a week, Mon-Thu - $375 per month

Pre-K 4 days, Mon-Thu - $375 per month

Full Day Option: (9:00 am - 3:45 pm)

4 days a week, Mon-Thu - $680 per month

 

Friday Preschool Enrichment Program (P.E.P.): (9:00 am - 3:45 pm) - For Full Day Students Only

$170/month (Funding does not apply) - Currently on Waitlist

 

Before and After Care: (Morning Care: 7:00 am - 9:00 am, Afternoon Care: 3:45 pm - 5:30 pm)

4 days a week, Mon-Thu - $270/month for both Before and After Care - Currently on Waitlist

4 days a week, Mon-Thu - $150/month for either Before or After Care - Currently on Waitlist

5 days a week, Mon-Friday - $340/month for both Before and After Care - Currently on Waitlist

5 days a week, Mon-Thu - $170/month either Before or After- Currently on Waitlist

Tuition Assistance:    

Colorado Preschool Program (CPP): Children with birthdates between 10/02/15 and 10/1/17 are eligible, with priority given to children who turn 4 by 10/01/2020.  Income can be a qualifying factor, but cannot be a disqualifying factor.  Other non-income factors can qualify a student, including needs related to social skills, language development, family history, etc.  CPP funding covers the cost of a 4-day, half-day option.

Arapahoe County Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP):  Income based CCAP payments can be used for before/after care and Friday Preschool Enrichment Program.  Contact the county to see if your family qualifies: https://www.arapahoegov.com/420/Child-Care-Assistance 

Early Childhood Special Education: Eligibility is determined through the Child Find process or IEP review.  Special Education funding covers the cost of a 4-day, half-day option.
