The Littleton Public Schools Foundation’s mission is to provide funding to support each Littleton Public Schools student’s unique path to success. We deeply believe that each student deserves a quality education regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other type of identification.
We stand strong for equity, diversity, and inclusion alongside our educational partner, Littleton Public Schools, and fully endorse their statement regarding the tremendous injustices, hate, and violence facing Black people. We do not tolerate racism or discrimination in any form and cannot sit silent as we continue to witness such systemic injustices.
The Littleton Public Schools Foundation is committed to serving as responsible stewards of the funds we raise, and will continue to reinforce the values and core beliefs of Littleton Public Schools, which include preparing students for a global society and respecting and embracing the diversity of our community.
Change is inevitable while growth is a choice. The Littleton Public Schools Foundation chooses to acknowledge the widespread discrimination and challenges facing Black and other people of color in our country, and is dedicated to ongoing action to affect real change. We stand ready to support Littleton Public Schools as they develop solutions for addressing these fundamental inequalities in our society.
The Littleton Public Schools Foundation appreciates your continued support and looks forward to sharing future updates on our progress towards creating a more equitable society.
