  • Golf Tournament Was A Success!

What a day!  Golfers, Volunteers, and Sponsors had a great time on the golf course as we raised needed dollars to support LPS students and teachers.  We hosted 178 golfers of all abilities at Lone Tree Golf Course.  It was so good to see everyone and we had a few chuckles about not recognizing each other when we were wearing a hat, sunglasses, and a mask.   Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who came out to help!  We couldn't have done it without you. Check out our website for all the winners.

  • We're Golfing FORE LPS kids!

It’s time to get outside, enjoy the community, and play some golf.   The Littleton Public Schools Foundation and the City of Littleton are partnering for the 6th annual Charity Golf Tournament benefiting Littleton Public Schools.  This four-person format will be held on Friday, August 28th, 2020 at the Lone Tree Golf Club. The LPS Foundation Charity Golf Tournament is a fun way to raise funds for innovative programs and extraordinary experiences that prepare LPS students for a lifetime of success while creating brand awareness in the community for your company.   We hope you can join us for a day of golf, community engagement, and a little friendly competition - all for a great cause. To become a sponsor please visit our golf tournament page or contact Beth Best at 303-347-3478 or bbest@LPS.k12.co.us.  We appreciate your consideration!

  • STEM Teachers helping healthcare workers stay safe

We are so proud of LPS teachers Marc Finer from Newton Middle School, David McMullen from Arapahoe High School, and Kent Allison of Mountain Vista High School (formerly a teacher at Heritage High School) for their dedication and inventiveness to help healthcare workers stay safe at work.  By utlilyzing 3D printers and their design/build extertise, they have been able to teach LPS students how to solve real-life problems - especially one that is needed immediately during this COVID-19 pandemic.  Students are excited to see their teachers act as everyday heroes both in the virtual classroom and out in the community. To support their efforts, we are accepting donations to help cover the cost of materials needed to print the Intubation Boxes.  To make a tax-deductible donation, please click here and please specify Intubation Box project so we know how to direct the funds.   Please click here to see the full story as well as the media coverage by Channel 4 News.
