Why Twain?

Welcome to Twain!

Mark Twain Elementary opened it’s doors to students in 1971 and has successfully served elementary learners and their families ever since.  The Twain community includes children in kindergarten through 5th grade, exceptional teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff, supportive parents, caring volunteers, and an active PTO, who work together to benefit all students. We provide rigorous academics allowing students to reach their highest potential and a safe and caring environment where they feel valued and appreciated. Students at Twain learn life skills that empower them to communicate, collaborate, and work successfully with others, making a difference in their own lives and the lives of others. Twain believes that partnering with families and the community helps all students to become life-long learners and caring, contributing members of society.
