Welcome to Ralph Moody Elementary!!  It is an honor to serve as the principal of this school and work with the staff and community to make a difference in the lives of our students.  It is with dedication, passion, and hard work that the staff at Ralph Moody strive to provide our students with the best educational experience that our school offers. This year we will continue to focus on quality instruction by implementing our new K-2 literacy program called Super Kids, continuing to perfect our Bridges math implementation, engaging students in their learning through goal setting, increasing the academic rigor, improving reading comprehension through writing, and utilizing strategies that are effective for all learners.  I am excited to share that by the end of October, 2017, we will implement a 1:2 chromebook initiative in grades K-2.  Additionally, we will increase opportunities for STEM learning in grades 3-5.  It is our hope that STEM learning will integrated in our K-2 curriculim the following year.

At Ralph Moody, we emphasize the development of character as an integral part of our instructional program. Intelligence along with outstanding character equals great success. Our students are motivated to learn in a risk free and welcoming school environment. Students are encouraged to set academic goals, organize, and take ownership of their education in a culture that demonstrates school pride and respect for self and others.  Please become familiar with our RAMS Pride.
