The Annual Family Check-In is available on your Parent Portal account. The Annual Family Check-In asks you to:
- Review your contact information
- Review the names & contact information for Emergency Contacts
- Update your student's health information
- Give permissions for your student (field trip, media, electronic communication, etc.)
You will find the link on the lower left hand side beneath the tabs.
