This past week we completed our rollout for the B3 Be(e)havior Expectations.
All students have been practicing Be(e)ing Respectful, Be(e)ing Responsible and Be(e)ing Safe while at Lenski. We are now recognizing students for these behaviors. All staff is on the lookout to catch students when they are following our B3 behavior expectations with our new B3-Tickets.  The first week's winners have been announced to classes and were awarded good behavior bracelets.

The following topics have been covered in the classrooms since the beginning of the school year.

Kindergarten and First Grade have learned how to solve conflicts using A Bug and A Wish. They continue regular practice by modeling and role-playing in their classrooms.
First Grade also learned about the difference between A Mean Moments, Conflict, and Bullying
Grades 2 through 5 have learned and discussed how to differentiate between Conflicts and Bullying
Grades 4 and 5 have participated in guided classroom conversations based on the book Trouble Talk by Trudy Ludwig
All parents have received the Family Letter explaining the Second Step program (www.secondstep.org)
