Students from Runyon Elementary and Heritage High School recently sponsored a game and puzzle drive for children at Children's Hospital in Highlands Ranch.  The joint drive between the two schools, which lasted over 3 weeks, resulted in a collection of over 240 games, puzzles, and toys for children who must be hospitalized over the holidays.

Lisa McDowell, a fourth grade teacher at Runyon Elementary, started the drive years ago, and partnered with Barb Bolen's Marketing class at Heritage.  Students delivered the games and puzzles to the hospital on December 14, highlighting this wonderful collaboration between the two schools, a collaboration that will continue throughout the upcoming semester.
