LPS/LEA Collective Bargaining Agreement

The Collective Bargaining Agreement  is a labor contract between Littleton Public Schools (LPS), School District Number Six, Arapahoe County, Colorado and the Littleton Education Association (LEA). The LEA represents district teachers. Negotiating teams met during 2012–2013 to revise the previous Agreement. The amended Agreement was formally approved by the Littleton Public Schools Board of Education on June 27, 2013, and by a vote of the LEA membership. With the exception of compensation and insurance which are negotiated annually, the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement  are effective August 1, 2012, through July 31, 2015.

Salary Schedules

Salary Schedules are split into several categories:

 2015–2016 School Year Salary Schedules

  • Classified Staff: Classified staff members are support staff which include clerks, secretaries, bookkeepers, paraprofessionals, campus supervisors, security, custodians, maintenance, and bus drivers.
  • Nutritional Services : Nutritional Service workers and managers operate the district's cafeterias and lunchroom programs.
  • Licensed
  • Tutor : Tutors covered by this schedule include Title 1 Tutors, ESL Tutors, Homebound Tutors, and Reading Tutors.
  • High School Activities
  • High School Athletics
  • Middle School Activities
  • Middle School Athletics
  • Substitute Teacher : Substitute Salary Schedule covers both licensed and classified temporary employees who work as a substitute for the district.
