PLEASE NOTE!  Our District Stadium is not available for rent between the dates of August 1 – December 1 and February 16 – June 1. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Littleton High School at 303-347-7714. Thank you!

Rental Process

  1. Register as a client with LPS via rSchoolToday. Your request for registration will be approved once you've submitted all required documents (see "Required Documents" section below). Please send them to our Planner/Scheduler. We prefer that you submit them in PDF form via email to cwarren@lps.k12.co.us, but you can also send them in to the following address:

  2. Submit your request (please note:  if you are "denied," you will receive an automatic email response from rSchoolToday to notify you. The email will not come from Littleton Public Schools. Please don't forget to check your junk or spam folder in your email in case it was filtered out).
     
  3. Submit your payment at least seven days prior to your event. Please include your invoice number and the name of the facility you will be using on your payment.

 

 

Required Documents

Please send all documents to our Planner/Scheduler at the email address listed above (or send them in the mail). You will not be approved as a client in our software until all documents are received.

  • A current Certificate of Insurance for your organization naming Littleton Public Schools as “Additional Insured”
  • A signed copy of the User Agreement
  • If applicable...
    • Tax exempt certificate
  • If you're using a pool, you must submit the following:
    • Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certificate
    • American Red Cross Senior Life Saving certificate

Please Note

  • A Littleton Public Schools representative is required to be on-site for the duration of rental occupancy. Rentals outside of scheduled work hours for approved building staff will be charged a custodial fee of $30 per hour. Activities requiring set-up, tear-down, or clean-up will be charged for custodian services before and/or after the event.
  • All of the school activities may not be entered on the public calendar
  • Do not assume a calendar vacancy represents space availability
  • Please see the Facility Use Guidelines for additional policies, procedures, fee schedule, and requesting schedules
     

Payment

  • Payment is due one week (7 calendar days) prior to the event
  • Payments must be sent to the Planner/Scheduler at the following address:

  • Please include your invoice number and the name of the facility you will be using with your payment
  • Cash or checks are acceptable payment (LPS does not have the ability to process credit card payments)


Inclement Weather

When schools are closed:

  • All rental activities scheduled in district facilities are canceled
  • Snow removal is not available for nonschool activities
  • School closure information can be found on the LPS Home Page


Community Use of District Facilities

Board Policy KG 

“Recognizing that the community invests in school buildings and grounds, the Board encourages the use of District facilities by community groups, provided such use does not interfere with District activities. The financing of the District’s instructional programs will not be placed at risk in order to finance community use of the facilities. District use of facilities will have priority over community use.”
