The following table is not a rubric... think of it like a Bingo card.  The more squares you fill, the stronger the 21st Century learning experience.  This was developed among a number of us in LPS to describe the student behaviors we've seen in 21st Century classrooms.  This is by no means research-based nor comprehensive... just our thinking.  And that's how we hope it will be used: to start thinking to develop some common vision around the student behaviors and not the technology.  If you do something like this yourself... don't start with blogs and discuss how blogs might be used.  Start with student behaviors: do you want student writing to be published and prolific?  Then a blog might be a great tool.  But so would a wiki... and a Google Doc and...

Some things we can think of we don't have in this version?  "Change Adept"  and "Cultural Proficiencies" come to mind.  Certainly you can find others.  A big thanks to Mike Porter, Dana Levesque and Randy Stall for helping develop this card.  This is developed in support of my earlier blog post "What's really different."
